He is survived by: his children, Christy Jones, Eugene Sak (Jewell Graham) and Duane Sak (Julie); and his grandchildren, Jessica McGovern, Krysten Blasingame, Ethan Howard Sak, Emma-Claire Sak and Mollie Marie Sak. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great-grandchildren as well as a host of family and friends.
