Aaron Young Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Aaron Young of Velma, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 21, 2025 at the age of 53. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Aaron Young to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his father George Merle Young; his grandparents, J. W. Layn, Peggy Nye, Woodrow, Marie Young and Kay Stephens; and his stepfather Bill McGuire.
He is survived by: his mother Mary Beth McGuire (Layn) of Velma; his brothers, Merle Brant Young of Lexington, Alan McGuire (Michelle) of Lone Grove and Andy McGuire (Holly) of Velma; his aunt Wilma Hatley (Larry) of Edmond; his uncle James Layn of Velma; his nieces and nephews, Jake McGuire (Lacy), Andrew McGuire (Alexis), Savannah, Kennedy, Daylee, Olivia, Sarah and Kaitlyn; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Violet, Lyla, Lettie, Dawson, Abbott and Rowan. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the First National Bank in Velma in memory of Jason.
