He was predeceased by: his parents, Rex McCurry and Bessie McCurry; and his siblings, Jeanette Bryant, Sherry McClure and Gordon McCurry.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn (Willingham); his children, Dr. Jay McCurry (Kelly), Abigayle, Aliya, Adah, Ari and Jana Aduddell (David); his grandchildren, Dillon and Daxxon; his sisters, Sal Files, Nan Schmidt and Dr. Jo Martin; and his siblings-in-law, Lyle, Verna Mae Lucas and Verna Kay Smith. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Resthaven Funeral Home & Memory Gardens (500 SW 104th St, Oklahoma City, OK 73139). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Velma "new" Cemetery (1046 E 1st St, Velma, OK 73491).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Zion's Gate International or the Marberry Christian Ministry Scholarship at Randall University.
