He is survived by: his children, Cathy Brown (Donnie Brown), Penny Nett (David Nett) and Butch Underwood (Trudy); his siblings, Darlene Houtz and Ronnie Underwood; and his grandchildren, Brandon Roberts, Breck Roseborough, Brianne Smith, Derek Nett, Erica Rhodes, Niki Elza, Brittany Mora and Chelsea Simpson.
