He is survived by: his daughters, LeeAnna Diamond of Vian, OK and Amanda Overton (Blake Rempe); his grandson Danny Nichols of Tahlequah, OK; and his siblings, Randall Overton of Shawnee, OK and Donna Overton of Gore, OK. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, June 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Agent Mallory Martin Funeral Home (123 S Wheeler Ave, Sallisaw, OK 74955). A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the U. S. National Cemetery (1423 Cemetery Rd, Fort Gibson, OK 74434).
