He is survived by: his father Jerry Dean Waters of Vian, OK; his siblings, Connie Young of Vian, OK and Randy Lee Waters (Winnie); and his siblings' children, Natasha Leonardo of Vian, OK, Mary Locust of Vian, OK, Alisha Hart of Sallisaw, OK, Misty Hardwick of Sallisaw, OK and Chance Waters of Vian, OK. He is also survived by several great-nieces, great-nephews, other relatives and friends.
