He was predeceased by: his parents, Brenda Hogan and Felipe Ortez; and his brother Elton Ortega. He is survived by: his sister Marjorie Ortega of Vian, OK; his niece Pazis Baker of Vian, OK; his aunt Tina Wildcat of Okay, OK; and his extended family, John, Shelly Baker, Alisha Madina, Nathan Baker and Wesley Baker.
