He is survived by: his wife Christi Anthem; his children, Cody Anthem (Katie), Courtney Potts (Lucas) and Trevor Anthem; his grandchildren, Kendall, Kegan, Nash, Kooper, Tatum, Kasen, Baker, Klyde, Haidyn and River; and his siblings, Debbie Thompson (Neal), Dorine Lanham (Dale) and Wayne Anthem. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
