She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Alva and Ines Rose Davis Smith; her husband Lynn Everett Evans; her children, Nelda Rose, Charles Lynn and Brent Lee; and her siblings, Willis, Vernard, Arlo, Alvie Deverie, Lorene UpChurch, Irene Randall, Etha Newton, Evelyn Poulson, Margaret Pickering and Doris Stovall.
She is survived by: her sister Arletta (Joe Perrie) of Wichita; her sister-in-law Chick Smith of Montana City; her nieces and nephews, Vernard Dale (Paula) of Edmond, Mark Duane (Brenda Kay) of Perryton, TX, Lynn E. (Melody) of Vici and Johnny R. (Brenda Marie) of Woodward; her daughters-in-law, Kitty Evans of Kentucky and Lynnetta Marie (Tim Hutfless) of Omaha, NE; and her niece Inez Gregory. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, as well as numerous great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
