She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Douglas and Ethel Muno Jones; her husband Gail Hunter; her son Gordon Douglas "Buddy" Hunter; her grandson Jared Ross Lynes; and her brother Eugene Jones.
She is survived by: her children, Robin Lynnette (Bill) of Elk City, OK and Susan Michelle (Rick) of Hermitage, TN; her sister Carol Lin of Carmel, CA; and her children, Johnny Hunter (Marie), Arlinda Lynes (Larry) of Taloga, Jackie Hunter (Mercy) of Sunnyvale, CA and Jan Trimble (David) of Vici, OK. She is also survived by fourteen grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great great-grandson; nieces, nephews, and many other family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 8th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Wednesday, September 9th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Shaw Funeral Home (500 Main St, Vici, OK 73859). A funeral service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Camp Creek Nazarene Church.
Memorial donations may be made to the Vici Church of the Nazarene or the Camp Creek Church of the Nazarene (Building Fund) c/o Shaw Funeral Home.
