She was predeceased by: her husband Gene; her parents, Loyd Helmick and Martha Helmick (Stevens); her siblings, Gayla and Gale; Diane Helmick, Bernice Wells, Erin Glasson and Bruce Stevens.
She is survived by: her daughter Amber; her son-in-law Jeff of Oklahoma City; and her friends, Mary, Jeri, Jarita, Rick, Kathy, Ellen, Mike and Terry. She is also survived by cousins.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and on Thursday, August 20th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Shaw Funeral Home (500 Main St, Vici, OK 73859). A funeral service was held on Friday, August 21st 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Vici United Methodist Church (302 Main St, Vici, OK 73859). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the Ted's Café.
