She is survived by: her children, Levi Branham (Miriam) of Delta, Colorado and Samantha Platt (Jeremy) of Redvale, Colorado; her sister Lori Jacob of Grand Junction, Colorado; her uncles, Lee Wilson, Larry Moore, John Morris (Tracy) and Nolan Morris; her nephews, DJ Jacob and Brian Jacob (Madison); her niece Danielle Esser (Aaron); and her grandchildren, Jaidyn, Joshua, Hayden, Carson, Blake, Brooklyn and Jordan.
