She was predeceased by: her mother Wanda Aline Heidlebaugh (Sloate); her husband Lee A. Diesen; and her grandson Adrian. She is survived by: her granddaughter Geneva; her daughter Amanda Nicole; her grandchildren, Emily, Anthony, Aily and Shane; her siblings, Monte, Richie and Amie Colette; her aunt Sharon Sloate; and her nephews, Josh and William. She is also survived by family members, "adopted" grandchildren, and dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the General Assembly & Church (213978 US-60, Vici, OK 73859).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to assist with funeral expenses. Contributions may be made payable to Shaw Funeral Home, P.O. Box 276, Vici, OK 73859, with "Geneva Diesen" noted in the memo line.
