With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Guy Cadwell Jr. of Vici, Oklahoma, born in Higgins, Texas, who passed away on December 14, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Guy departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Guy. Though Guy may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Earl and Lorena Cadwell (Hall); his brother Buck Cadwell; and his nephew Kervin Cadwell. He is survived by: his wife Cherri Forrest of Vici; his son Jim; his daughter-in-law Lanie of Harmon; his sisters, Darline Peterson of Colorado and Bonnie West of Edmond, OK; and his sister-in-law Mary Lou Cadwell of Woodward. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, and one great great grandson. And numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
