He was predeceased by : his wife Recia Garcia (Poulson); and his grandparents, Jose Garcia, Josefa Garcia (Mendoy), Manuel Luna and Emilia Luna (Bacca).

He is survived by : his parents, Pedro Garcia and Beatrice Garcia (Luna) of Vici, Oklahoma.; his sisters, Loriann B. Garcia of Vici and Geneva Rozell (Garcia); and his brother-in-law Oliver E. Rozell of Piedmont, Oklahoma..
