She is survived by: her father Douglas Baker; her husband Evan Melton; her children, Hailey of Woodward, OK, Isaiah of Woodward, OK and Zaiden Melton of Woodward, OK; her brothers, Brandon Baker of Broken Arrow, OK, Chris Baker of Vici, OK and Erick Baker of Henryetta, OK; her sister-in-law Jen Baker; and her nieces and nephews, Cheyanne Baker, Alyssa Baker, Katelynn Baker, Brooke Baker, Isaac Baker and Matthew Baker. She is also survived by other relatives, friends.
