He was predeceased by: his parents, Eldred Orland and Olive Frances Ray (Stewart); his former wife Joan Ray; his son Dennis Ray; his son-in-law Jeff Koehn; and his siblings-in-law, Bud Grace and Marilyn Waggoner.
He is survived by: his wife Chrystal Joan Louthan; his daughters, Sandra Koehn, Sherrie Benson (Bryce) and Shelly Palacios (Israel); his sister Judy Grace; his grandchildren, Jaisha Rimer (Coleman), Jordan Koehn, Sherryce Pinon (Tyler), Chrystal Detring (Tyler), Jesse Palacios (Maegann), Brent Palacios, Adrian Palacios and Isaac Palacios; and his brothers-in-law, Verl Louthan (Judy) and Eugene Waggoner. He is also survived by three nieces; four nephews; and many other extended family members, friends, and neighbors who were touched by his warmth.
