He was predeceased by: his mother Arleta Marie Roy (Dennett); his grandparents, Otis, Pearl Dennett, Ed and Opal Roy; and his stepfather Mark Womack.
He is survived by: his father Eddy Lee (Penny); his children, Tiffany Roy and Travin Roy; his stepdaughters, Brittany and Amanda; his siblings, Tonya Quinby (Alan) and Terry Roy (Theresa); and his uncle Arty Roy (Lynda). He is also survived by nine grandchildren; along with several nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
