He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donnie Lee Howell, II and Marjorie Tempie Howell (Dahm) of Fort Smith; his sister Becky Hargrove; his daughter Jamie Cotner-Copeland (Bill) of Vinita; his sisters, Pattie Smith of Fort Smith and Sandra Jones of Fort Smith; and his grandchildren, Kyndra Cotner, Isabelle Cotner, Cheyenne, River Cotner and Adley Copeland.
