We are sad to announce that on April 29, 2025, at the age of 92, Jean McCray (Vinita, Oklahoma), born in Portland, Maine passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Jean farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Jean is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George DeGrasse and Alice DeGrasse; her husband Rev. Robert E Lee McCray (Bob); her son John McCray; her son-in-law Harold Huguley; and her granddaughter Sammantha Clemence-Bilbrey.
She is survived by: her children, Henry McCray (Terry), Kim Clemence (Chris), Suzy Huguley and Ann McCray. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
