A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 8th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Alive Church (1472 W Hope Ave, Vinita, OK 74301). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the G. A. R. Cemetery (2801 N Main St, Miami, OK 74354).
Donations may be made to the Vinita Day Center in remembrance of Rex Mullins.
