He is survived by: his daughters, Christy Greenfeather of Hong Kong, Holly Hanes of Muskogee and Britnee Hauenstein of Chouteau; and his siblings, Janice Horn of Sand Springs and Jim Thompson of Vinita. He is also survived by grandchildren.
