It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert E. Wallis of Vinita, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 29, 2025, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Logan Wallis and Allie Gertrude Douglas; his siblings, Paul Wallis, Dennis Wallis, Jerry Wallis and Patsy Wallis; his nieces, Sandra Trout and Peggy Forbis; his nephew John Forbis; and his great-niece Kristi Le Trout.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Wallis; his children, Gary Payton, Joe Wallis, Phillip Wallis and Brenda Kelso; his great grandchildren, Tommi Palestina (Daniel), Paciano, Dominick, Elvis, Emilio, Andrea Payton, Aliana, Nilah, Titus, Megann Giles (Jaden), Colson Wallis (Emily), Addison, Darcy, Luca, Easton, Baylor, Peyton, Tristen Kelso and Kaylee Wallis (Raven Cash); and his siblings, Joe Wallis, Jim Wallis (Sue) and Lavon Sharp. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, great nephews, and great nieces.
