She was predeceased by: her parents, Katherine Record (Piatt) and Charles Record; her sister Charlene; her daughter Traci; her granddaughter Anessa Ann; and her husbands, Tony Alfonso and Jerry Craddock.
She is survived by: her sister Vickie Umbarger (Keith); her children, Todd and Angie (Larry); her grandsons, Garett Noland (Haley) and Fisher Noland (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Emma, Aaliyah and Ridge.
