He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlis Hicks and Opal Hicks (Eager); his sister Patricia Worthy; and his grandfather W. O. Eager. He is survived by: his wife Jackie Hicks; and his children, Brian Hicks (Kristy) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma and Carla Martin (Oliver) of Checotah, Oklahoma. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
