She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Maxine (Hylton) and Max Ray Haynes; her husband Douglas Wayne Rowe; her son-in-law Cody Eugene Hardcastle; and her siblings-in-law, Robert Rowe, Jerry "Bud" Rowe, Roger Cramer, Charles, Jo-Ann Ivey, Brenda Rowe and Laura Carter.
She is survived by: her daughters, Robin Rinehart (Dale) of Fort Gibson, OK, Shawn Cannon (Alan) of Ponca City, OK, Vickie Rowe-Vantine (Brent) of Wagoner, OK and Sonya Hardcastle; her grandchildren, Erica Phillips (Jeremy), Rhiannon Vunetich (Jacob), Lillian Hardcastle, Gwendolyn Hardcastle, Alyssa Cannon and Caitlin Cannon; her great grandchild Evelynne Lampkins; her stepgrandchildren, Scott Jones, D. J. Rinehart, Jeremy Cannon (Lacey) and Greg Cannon (Brandi); her siblings, Larry Carter and Linda McDaniel; and her siblings-in-law, Coy, Gladys Rowe of Wagoner, OK, Linda Long of Muskogee, OK, Terry "Sally" Cramer of Alaska, Loretta Rowe of Hulbert, Patricia, John Magie of Arkansas and Gay Rowe of Arizona. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
