He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse L Smiley and Frances Emma Rogers Smiley; his wife Nancey Smiley; and his son Kevin Weldon. He is survived by: his children, Sherri Silkey of Tulsa, Kathy Molzahn of Wagoner, Melody Collier of Tulsa, Danny Smiley (Toni) of Vinita and Becky Lewman (Chad) of Wagoner; his grandchildren, Amber, Danielle, Nicole, Jacob, Bryce, Evan, Skyler, Aleah, Tiger, Kerri, Kodi and Blake; and his sister Jessie Weldon (Dewayne Blagg) of Wagoner, Oklahoma. He is also survived by extended family and many friends.
