He is survived by: his wife Marsha; his children, Mike Butler (Kerri) of Stigler, OK and Kristin Hamlin (Waco) of Kinta, OK.; his grandchildren, Kelsey Dickson (J. T.) of Stigler, OK, Julia Washington (James) of Abilene, TX, Britley Butler of Wagoner, OK, Dawci Butler of Wagoner, OK and Dara Hamlin of Kinta, OK.; his great grandchildren, John Luke Dickson and Tatum Washington; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Hestily of Greenville, SC.
