She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Harley Hefley and Genevieve Leona Hefley (Powell); her husband Wiley Chuculate; her sons, Ronnie Joe Deatherage (Jayne) of Glenpool, OK and Jeffery Lenard Deatherage; and her sister Kathlene Evans.
She is survived by: her daughter Sonya Rios of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Ashton Voth (Nathan), Grace Rios and Emmally Deatherage; her great grandchild Grayson Voth; her siblings, Jody Hefley of Tucson, AZ and Beverly Richardson (Curtis) of Lincoln, NE; and her nephew Jason Bishop (Jeanie) of Muskogee, Oklahoma.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mallett Funeral Home and Crematory (417 E Cherokee St, Wagoner, OK 74467). A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 22nd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
