He was predeceased by: his parents, Harmon Swaringim and Fern Elizabeth Swaringim (Wren); his daughter Mary Elizabeth; his brother Ronald; and his daughter-in-law Jodie.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Irene Henry; his sons, Harold Harmon Jr. (Hal), Steven Eugene (Steve) and Richard Wayne (Angela); and his grandchildren, Robert Hollingshed, Bobby Fuller, Cody Fuller, Brooke James, Julie Griffin, Payge Brewer, Caleb Swaringim, Jake Swaringim, Cassy Swaringim and Halle Daniels.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mallett Funeral Home (417 E Cherokee St, Wagoner, OK 74467). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Elmwood Cemetery (103 NE 11th St, Wagoner, OK 74467).
