He is survived by: his wife Marcia; his daughters, Debby Damkoehler (Richard), Dawn Fender, Sheryl Ann Walker (Matthew) and Julie Fender (Everett); his grandchildren, Melissa, Patrick, Carina, Kenneth, Calli and Benjamin; his brother Richard; and his pet Gus.
