She is survived by: her significant other Michael Webb of Wagoner, OK; her children, Chase, Tristen Curtis of Pawnee, OK, Lorrhael Webb of Tulsa, OK, Nadia Webb of Beggs, OK, Amelia and Quinn Webb; her parents, Shawn O'Connell and Laura O'Connell of Broken Arrow, OK; her siblings, Jason Cline (Anne) of Owasso, OK and Amanda Applegate (Jerod) of Catoosa, OK; and her grandson Kolson Baber of Tulsa, OK. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
