He is survived by: his wife Eunice Woodward; his siblings, Richard Lee Woodward and Phylis Stockton of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his nieces, Jeri Honeycutt (Loyd) of Wagoner and Cathy Ward (Dustin) of Arcadia, Oklahoma; and his nephew Jim Woodward (Joann) of Muldrow, Oklahoma. He is also survived by his family, friends.
