He is survived by: his wife Mary Yates; his children, Tracy Smith (Steve) of Wagoner and Stacy Yates (Terrie) of Hulbert, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Stephanie Rexwinkle (Doug), Randi Stanley (Wendall), Mollie Daniels (Brady) and Douglas Yates (Brittany); his great grandchildren, Aubrie, Zachary, Aiden, Tripp, Maria, Taya, Isabella, Trevor and Gary; and his brother Don Robert Yates of Wagoner, Oklahoma. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and many dear friends.
