She is survived by: her children, Toni Rankins of Mesquite, TX and Jeffrey Rankins (Shamall McBride) of Wagoner, OK; her siblings, Dale Sanford Rankins of Wagoner, OK, Pam James (Terry) of Muskogee, OK and Penny Shelton of Wagoner, OK; her grandchildren, Katrina, Zack, Tyler, Kenneth, Treauna and Noah; and her niece Stephanie Shelton. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
