He is survived by: his children, Kenneth Fish, Jr. (Paula) of Wagoner, OK, Casey Fish (Alisha) of Reeds Spring, MO, Skylar Fish of Sabetha, KS, Dusty Fish of Stewartsville, MO, Brittany Fish of St. Joseph, MO and Paige Parks (Charles) of Savannah, MO; his stepson John Seward (Tony); and his brothers, Rick Fish of Macomb, MO, Myron Fish (Stella) of Vacaville, CA and Darrell Fish (Lorna) of Hollister, MO.
