He was predeceased by : his wife Liz McMahan; his parents, Sarah McMahan and Benjamin McMahan Sr.; and his siblings, Ben McMahan Jr., Virginia Hyden, Hubert McMahan, Betty Chitwood and Donald McMahan.

He is survived by : his son James; his daughter-in-law Rose McMahan of Wagoner, OK; his daughter Susan; his son-in-law Adam McKinzie of Depew, OK; and his grandsons, Darren Watkins, Wyatt McMahan, Walker McMahan and Cale McKinzie. He is also survived by his family and friends.
