She is survived by: her son Anthony Starcher of Wagoner, OK; her granddaughter Jeannie Starcher; and her siblings, Tommy (Retha Victory), Willa (Paul Brunk), Cora (Joe Griffin), Kenneth (Kay Victory), Ellen (David Lasiter), Helen (Robert Culbreath), Johnny (Charla Victory), Mike Victory (Lisa Ratliff) and Jerry (Juanett Victory). She is also survived by 10 nieces, 9 nephews and numerous other relatives and friends.
