He is survived by: his children, Philip Heffley II of Wagoner, OK, Nicole Evans (Josh) of Wagoner, OK and John Heffley of Wagoner, OK; his parents, Goldie Joann Heffley (Center) and Walter Henry "Buster" Heffley of Wagoner, OK; his grandchildren, Austin Heffley, Olivia Evans and Kenlee Heffley; and his siblings, Christine Burke (Dennis) and Jeff Heffley (Karen).
