The memory of Ruby Jane Taylor of Wagoner, Oklahoma, who passed away on April 27, 2025 at the age of 100, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Odus Hutchens and Effie Hutchens; her husband Jimmy Taylor (R. H.); her son Ron Taylor; her granddaughter Veronica Satterwhite; and her great grandchild Kelly Marie Smith.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cathy Whitaker (Rick) and Janet Taylor; and her grandchildren, Karen Metcalf (Michael), Tony Taylor (Kari), Kyle Whitaker (Tonya), Kelly Whitaker (Erika), Katie Trevino (Jonathan) and Emily Jenkins (Mike). She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren, 10 great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of Mallett Funeral Home (417 E Cherokee St, Wagoner, OK 74467). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
