He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Blair and Della Blair (Patsy); and his daughter Rhoda Lynn Blair. He is survived by: his wife Patty; his siblings, Donald, Allen, Leon, Larry Blair, Rebekah Cobb, Lucille Dobson and Patsy Harris; his sister-in-law Katie Howe; his great grandchild Baylee Jo Dearman; his children, James Blair (Donna), Russell Owen Blair of Wagoner and Brenda Thayer of Wagoner; his brother Kenneth Ray Blair (Virginia) of Albany; his siblings-in-law, Paul Howe of Hulbert, Geri Moss and Mary Yochum (Leon) of Muskogee; and his grandchildren, Ray, Brad, Shane, Jessie and Chris.
