She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Gage and Mary Gage (Blair); her children, Chris Crumm and Leisa Beavers; her husband Wayne Crumm; and her brothers, John Gage and Bill Gage.
She is survived by: her brother Lee Gage (Lori) of Big Lake, Alaska; her grandchildren, Jessica Ball, Ryan Ball, Katelynn Ball, Ashton Ball and Windle Crumm; and her great grandchildren, Kelly Ball, Addison Ball and Ripley Joyce Crumm.
