He was predeceased by: his wife Dorothy; his daughter Sheri Michele Mooney; and his sister Ina Rue Herlocker (Helen Myers). He is survived by: his parents, Thomas Michael Mooney and Naoma Ester Mooney; his children, Harold Gene Conrad and Tina Marie Koemel; his grandchildren, Thomas Michael Koemel, Nicholas Andrew Koemel and Grace Ellen Koemel; and his brother Harold Gene Conrad.
