He was predeceased by: his parents, Annetta Eulene Ramsey (Wilson) and Dale Ramsey; his sister Vicki Ramsey Karr; his nephew Jeremy Finley; his grandparents, Dean, Ruby Ramsey and Charlsie Wilson; and his father-in-law Walter Barrett.
He is survived by: his wife Jo Ann Ramsey; his daughters, Kelly Bolding (Danny) and Jennifer McAdoo (Rick); his grandchildren, Keyley Bolding (Kiki), Kolton Park (Bug), Hanna Shatswell (Chase) and Nick McAdoo; his great grandchildren, Anistyn and Graham Shatswell; his siblings, Gary Ramsey (Daisy), Greg Ramsey (Deanna Wall) and Karen Finley; his mother-in-law Mary Barrett; his brothers-in-law, Andy Barrett (Kathy), Frank Barrett (Pam) and Wayne Karr; and his sister Susan (Sudy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
