He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Fred Chemah and Flossie Chemah Swinford (Parks); his son Clyde Lee "Zooner" Chemah Jr.; and his close friend Gloria Marie Eckiwaudah. He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl Chemah of Walters; his granddaughter Cortney Correll (Quinton) of Oklahoma City; his great grandchildren, Annalita and Ezariah; his sister Patty Powers of Walters; and his sister-in-law Donna Chemah of Walters. He is also survived by 3 nieces, a nephew, and numerous great nieces and nephews.
