With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jimmy Moates of Walters, Oklahoma, who passed away on February 13, 2024 at the age of 69. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Frances Faye Moates (Sparks) and John Curtis "Poopie" Moates; and his son Sammy Moates. He is survived by : his wife Sharon Moates (White); his daughter Tracy Moates of Lawton; his stepsons, Adam Kelly of Tulsa and Jesse McKeever of Germany; and his sister Sandie Thomas of Temple. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; other relatives and friends.
