He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Cummings and Della Mae Cummings (Fonville); his wife Debra Cummings; and his brother Gary Cummings. He is survived by: his daughter Tiffany Kile of Lawton, OK; his stepchildren, Melissa Moore (Graham Munn) of Oregon and Jonathan (Brittany Bolin); his siblings, Charlie Cummings of Lawton, OK and Gay Lynn Easter; and his grandchildren, Jaxson Kile, Luka Kile, Kameron Kile and Kove Massa. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews; and a host of loving friends.
