He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Lutke; his children, Steve (Heather), John (Mary), Jim (Pocahontas), Paul (Christie) and Suzanne Dobbs (Rick); and his grandchildren, Tyler (Kendra), Amy Edmiston (Rusty), Colby (Destiny), Carly Abbott, Marci Chinn (Justin), Heath (Falon), Hilliary Eslicker (Scott), Ezra (Katie), Lindsey McClain (Jason), Katy Rivers (Shelldon), Cortney McClure (Travis) and Chris (Miranda). He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
