It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jimmy Durrell Jackson of Warner, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 5, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Jackson and Katherine Jackson; and his sister Carol Cubbage. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Jackson of Lawton, OK, Kelly Jackson (Stephanie) of Skiatook, OK, Ira Jackson (Cindy) of Warner, OK and Jerry Jackson (Chelsea Dougless) of Sand Springs, OK; his brother Jerry Jackson (Beth); his grandchildren, Nicole Richerson, Ryan Jackson, Demi Cook, Clinton Jackson, Garrett Jackson, Gavin Jackson, Eric Jackson, River Jackson and Conor Jackson; and his siblings-in-law, Larry Cathey (Mary), Bill Cubbage and Judy Kendrick. He is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews as well as other extended family.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Hutchins-Maples Matherly Funeral Home (119 N Chestnut St, Bristow, OK 74010).
