She was predeceased by: her great-grandparents, Don, Clara Dell Perkins, Sherry Wolf, Ada Boss, Jim and Mary Dollar; and her aunt Tonya Forrest.
She is survived by: her grandparents, Greg and Patricia Dollar of Ringling; her mother Chassidy Perkins (Terrence Puffer) of Healdton; her siblings, Taylar Stackhouse (David) of Newalla, OK, Thomas Boss of Ringling, OK, Trenton Cates of Beaver, OK and Tanner Hulbert of Cleveland, OK; and her nephews, Brantley Faulkner and Brooks Stackhouse.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Alexander Gray Funeral Home (214 Main St, Ringling, OK 73456).
